Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Free installation is available for all premium coffee machines purchased and delivered within the UAE.
  • Offer valid for purchases made through EverythingCoffee.ae only.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery will be made as a complete order to the address specified at the time of purchase.

3. Installation Scheduling

  • Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for installation after order confirmation.

4. Site Requirements

  • The installation site must be ready, with access to required utilities (electricity, water supply, drainage)

    as specified in the product manual.
  • Any additional work required to prepare the site is the customer's responsibility.

5. Service Inclusions

  • Unboxing and placement of the coffee machine.
  • Assembly and connection to available utilities.
  • Initial setup and functional testing to ensure proper operation.
  • Basic demonstration of machine usage and maintenance.

6. Service Exclusions

  • Modification of electrical, plumbing, or cabinetry is not included.

7. Missed or Incomplete Installation

  • If installation cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., site not ready, utilities unavailable), a second visit can be scheduled upon request.
  • The second visit will be chargeable at the company's standard rates.

8. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • To reschedule or cancel installation, please contact customer support at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in additional charges.

9. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns or refunds after installation are not accepted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

10. Warranty & Support

  • Standard manufacturer's warranty applies from the date of installation.
  • For after-sales support, please contact our customer care team.

11. General

  • Free installation is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
