The new Lelit MaraX3 introduces a new chapter in espresso innovation, placing the revolutionary Pagaia flow control system at the very center of the experience.
With the addition of Pagaia, flow control is no longer an accessory or an upgrade—it becomes a defining element of the machine and a cornerstone of Lelit's future product line. MaraX3 marks the beginning of a new generation in which this advanced capability is available across the entire range.
Rather than acting mechanically on the brew path, Pagaia regulates pump power electronically, precisely adjusting the volume of water delivered from the pump to the L58E group.
Turning the lever clockwise progressively increases pump power up to 100%, while rotating it counterclockwise reduces it accordingly. As flow and power change, pressure variations are clearly displayed on the machine’s double manometer, giving the user immediate visual feedback during extraction.
Every detail has been carefully considered to communicate quality and durability. From the iconic gem-shaped knobs and matching handle to the redesigned double manometer with its refreshed look, each component reflects meticulous craftsmanship.
The new drip tray, thoughtfully reshaped for easier cleaning, enhances everyday usability while maintaining the machine’s elegant proportions. Premium materials and refined finishes reinforce a sense of solidity that is immediately perceptible.
Compared to the previous MaraX, the MaraX3 portafilter introduces a redesigned handle with a circular cross-section and a metal core that ends in a distinctive pentagonal shape, visually echoing the geometry of the tamper.
The added internal weight enhances balance and ergonomics, naturally supporting the locking movement into the L58E group. Its increased length provides greater leverage when clamping the portafilter, reducing effort while improving stability.
The classic LELIT tamper evolves into a more geometric form, with a silhouette inspired by a pentagon. The updated color has been carefully selected to harmonize with the steam knobs as well as with the portafilter handle.
