Second Pour (1:20 → 1:55) Add 125g of water (for a total of 265g). Keep the flow steady to maintain extraction balance.
Final Pour (2:10 → 2:50) Add the last 80g of water (for a total of 345g). Allow the drawdown to complete naturally.
