📋 Recipe Details

  • Coffee: 15g (medium-coarse grind, 600–700 microns)

  • Water: 250g (filtered, at 93°C)

  • Brew Time: ~3:00 minutes

  • Filter: Fast Sibarist


⏱ Brewing Steps

1. Bloom (Start → 0:45)

  • Add 50g of water to saturate all grounds.

  • Allow the coffee to bloom for 45 seconds, releasing gases and prepping for extraction.

2. First Pour (0:45 → 1:45)

  • Add 100g of water (for a total of 150g).

  • Pour steadily in a circular motion.

3. Second Pour (1:45 → 2:00)

  • Add the final 100g of water (for a total of 250g).

  • Keep a smooth, controlled pour.

👉 Brewing should finish around 3:00 minutes.
