Cultivated from Arusha and Typica varietals, it thrives in a region characterized by morning fog and afternoon warmth accompanied by fierce thunderstorms that create an ideal climate for coffee growing. The anaerobic natural process enriches its flavor complexity, resulting in delightful notes of hibiscus, cranberry, plum, and jasmine.
