The FLAT is an original, non-fluted flat-bottomed filter designed and registered by SIBARIST. Its smooth and unobstructed surface ensures a perfectly even brewing space with full access to the coffee bed. This design eliminates the bypass effect, maximizing coffee particle yield while preventing grounds from getting trapped in fluted areas.
