The crepe is put only on the outside of paper and no crepe inside the paper. Thanks to this one side crepe, the total surface area is narrowest among the other three paper filters. From the very beginning of brewing, coffee fine powder sticks on the paper surface then makes little water path, so water cannot flow smoothly to form like a “coffee puddle” inside the dripper. This “coffee puddle” makes the extraction speed slowly and bring out the plenty of aroma!
Furthermore, thanks to the high density of paper, it catches the coffee fine powders almost perfectly. As the result, you can get a clear cup of coffee!
You can enjoy aroma and clean cup coffee by brewing with the water temperature 92°C.
