World of Coffee Dubai 2025: Everything Coffee on the Floor
shaghayegh Nazari·

World of Coffee Dubai returned for its fourth edition this February, and once again confirmed what everyone in the region already knew — Dubai has become the specialty coffee hub of the Middle East. Held February 10–12 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, this year's edition was roughly a third larger than 2024, spread across 20,000 square meters and drawing close to 2,000 exhibitors from more than 70 countries. Organized by DXB Live in partnership with the Specialty Coffee Association, WOC Dubai has grown into the biggest coffee trade show in the MENA region — and for Everything Coffee, it's the one week of the year where the entire industry shows up in one hall.
Everything Coffee set up in Zabeel Hall 6 for all three days. Here's what that actually looked like from the floor.
Day One: Split Schedule, Full Speed
The show opened Monday with the Everything Coffee team split across two locations — mornings supporting Harvestbelt's setup in Zone 5, then a full afternoon back at our own space from 1:30 to 6pm. Running two stations on opening day is standard for trade show season, but it means the whole day happens at a sprint, cup in hand the entire time.
The afternoon at the Everything Coffee stand centered on a session with Christian Klatt, Product R&D lead and Q-grader at Weber Workshops, walking through what actually goes into engineering commercial coffee equipment that holds up under daily grinding and extraction volume. It's the kind of detail that matters far more to an equipment buyer than anything on a spec sheet — the difference between gear that looks good in a showroom and gear that survives a busy café for five years.
Day Two: A World Champion on the Floor
Tuesday brought one of the standout names on the whole show schedule — Martin Woelfl, reigning World Brewers Cup Champion, representing Wildkaffee, running a precision pour-over session a few meters from the Everything Coffee counter. Watching a world champion's technique up close is a different kind of education than reading about extraction ratios — you see exactly where the control actually happens.
Everything Coffee's own slot ran noon to 1pm, sandwiched between a Mazzer grinder demonstration and an afternoon session from Harvestbelt and Nucleus Coffee Tools — meaning a solid chunk of Tuesday on our stretch of the hall was wall-to-wall grinder comparisons and extraction talk. XAV Coffee Works also ran cupping sessions and a brew bar on the Everything Coffee floor through the day, letting visitors taste multiple roasts side-by-side — the kind of direct comparison that's genuinely hard to replicate outside a show like this.
Day Three: Brand Reps and a Packed Close
The final day brought Catherina, brand representative for DiFluid, in for a 1pm session at the Everything Coffee stand, alongside two cupping windows from Slick (11am–12pm and 3–4pm) that kept steady traffic through our corner of Zabeel Hall right up to close.
By day three, the Everything Coffee shelf — set alongside Graycano and Normcore Sibarist — had turned into a running conversation about grinders, drippers, and what's actually worth stocking for a growing café. That accumulated back-and-forth, more than any single session, is the real value of three full days on a trade show floor.
Why WOC Dubai Matters for Coffee Equipment Buyers
World of Coffee Dubai isn't just a showcase — it's where sourcing decisions actually get made. With the MENA specialty coffee market continuing to expand and Dubai positioned as the region's clearest gateway between global manufacturers and local cafés and roasteries, a show like this compresses a year's worth of supplier research into three days of hands-on comparison. You're not reading a spec sheet; you're standing at the Everything Coffee counter, pulling a shot, and deciding on the spot whether it earns a place in your shop.
That's what this year gave people — direct, unhurried time with the equipment, and with the people who build and represent it, courtesy of Everything Coffee.
If you stopped by, thank you for the conversations. If you missed us, World of Coffee Dubai returns in January 2026 — Everything Coffee will be back.
