Bloom (Start → 0:45) Pour 60g of water to fully wet the grounds. Allow 30–45 seconds for blooming, letting the coffee degas.

First Pour (0:45 → 1:05) Add 80g of water (for a total of 140g). Pour in a controlled spiral, covering the bed evenly.

Second Pour (1:20 → 1:55) Add 125g of water (for a total of 265g). Keep the flow steady to maintain extraction balance.

Final Pour (2:10 → 2:50) Add the last 80g of water (for a total of 345g). Allow the drawdown to complete naturally.
