Take full control of your pour-over brewing with the Profilers, a precision set of tools designed to modify contact surface, alter extraction strength, and optimize drawdown flow—resulting in distinct and unique sensory cup profiles.

Each Profiler features a different contact surface-to-open space ratio, ranging from 25% to 85% open areas in 15% increments. By experimenting with different Profilers, you can:
Fine-tune extraction strength to achieve optimal flavors
Increase or reduce drawdown speed based on dripper and filter type

How to Use
1. Place the Profiler inside the flatbed dripper, ensuring it sits level on the bottom or grooves.
2. Insert a coffee filter and rinse thoroughly to ensure full contact between the filter and the Profiler.
3. Add coffee and brew as usual.
4. Experiment with different Profilers to discover your perfect cup profile.

Easy to Clean
1. Allow your brewing setup to cool to room temperature.
2. Remove the filter and the Profiler (it may stick to the filter).
3. Rinse with hot water, and it's ready for the next brew.
