Adjustable RPM

Aries offers five rotating speeds to choose from, ranging from 90 to 150 RPMs, resulting in different flavor profiles and extractions. Depending on one’s personal preference and the varieties of coffee beans, RPMs offer different experiences with the same coffee beans and provide an easier approach to dialing in a new coffee without solely changing the grind size or dose weight.

Grinding application

Aries is a versatile all-around grinder, suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to filter. Its easy stepped grind-size adjustment allows you to achieve the ideal grind size without hesitation. A button lock on the side locks the grind adjustment lever, ensuring the fineness remains the same as you set before cleaning, with no re-calibration needed afterward.

Slow-feed disc

Aries has a slow-feed disk that reduces the rate at which beans fall into the grinder chamber through a smaller opening. A slower feeding rate can result in more consistent grinds, fewer fines, and a higher potential for better extraction.The ridges on the cone-shaped disc can also help prevent coffee beans from sticking after performing the RDT.

Auto-stop mechanism

Aries auto-stops when grinding is completed. As quiet as Aries is, operating at around 70 dB, its automatic stop mechanism ensures that, even in noisy environments, you don’t have to worry about forgetting to turn it off.
