GiuliettaX is a two group-coffee machine with exceptional performance, configurable to efficiently meet the needs of every professional user. The machine is versatile, performing, highly reliable and easy to use and maintain.
LELIT Thermal Stability reduces overheating in both groups. The standard brewing temperature can be chosen based on the kind of coffee to be extracted and after 15 minutes of inactivity it is lowered to a user-set value. After a further 240 minutes of inactivity the temperature is lowered thanks to the ECO mode.
The double keyboard of GiuliettaX allows to access the machine's technical menu that is visible on the big digital LCD display. It is possible to set different extraction modes for each group, allowing also the use of two different coffee blends at the same time. Thanks to the automatic cleaning cycle, the maintenance procedures are easy to execute.
Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. The machine developed a water intake issue shortly after purchase. Before buying it, we were assured that if anything went wrong, the machine would be collected promptly and a replacement would be provided to avoid interrupting our business. However, when the issue occurred, we had to follow up several times just to arrange collection. We were initially expected to stop our operations and wait two days, which is simply not practical for a running coffee business. What was even more disappointing was that the temporary replacement machine was provided on a rental basis, meaning we had to pay extra for something we were originally assured would be taken care of. We invested in this machine expecting reliability and proper after-sales support. Unfortunately, the experience so far has not met those expectations.
